Focus and Scope
FOCUS
The Journal of Wellbeing and Harmony (JWH) focuses on the holistic integration of personal wellbeing, mental health, and social harmony. The journal aims to advance understanding of how individual wellness practices contribute to collective harmony, and conversely, how social and environmental factors influence personal wellbeing and mental health outcomes.
JWH emphasizes both theoretical and applied studies that bridge academic research with practical wellbeing interventions. It investigates the scientific foundations of wellbeing practices, explores their implementation in various contexts, and examines their combined impact on quality of life and community welfare. The journal welcomes diverse methodological approaches, fostering a rigorous academic space for both clinical studies and community-based research, and encourages engagement with both Western scientific perspectives and Eastern holistic traditions.
