Focus and Scope

FOCUS

The Indonesian Journal of Environmental Sciences and Education (IJESE) focuses on the critical interconnections between environmental sustainability, ecological systems, and educational approaches. The journal aims to advance understanding of how environmental sciences inform educational practices, and conversely, how education shapes environmental awareness and sustainable behaviors in society.

IJESE emphasizes both theoretical and applied studies that bridge scientific research with educational innovations. It investigates the scientific principles of environmental conservation, explores effective educational methodologies, and examines their combined impact on sustainable development and environmental stewardship. The journal welcomes diverse methodological approaches, fostering a rigorous academic space for both scientific research and educational studies, and encourages engagement with both global environmental perspectives and local Indonesian contexts.
