About the Journal

Journal of Educational Assessment and Evaluation (JEAE) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by Nohan Institute. The journal is committed to disseminating high-quality, innovative research and scholarly work in the fields of educational assessment, evaluation, and measurement. It serves as a platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners to explore evidence-based assessment practices, evaluation frameworks, and methodological innovations that contribute to the improvement of teaching, learning, and educational programs.

JEAE welcomes original empirical studies, theoretical and conceptual papers, literature reviews, technical reports, and case studies that examine assessment tools, evaluation strategies, program evaluation, and innovations in measurement and feedback systems. By encouraging interdisciplinary perspectives and diverse methodological approaches, the journal aims to foster critical dialogue and collaboration among scholars, educators, policymakers, and education stakeholders.

To ensure academic rigor and integrity, JEAE applies a double-blind peer-review process, whereby all submitted manuscripts undergo thorough evaluation by subject-matter experts. Manuscripts must be original and not under review or previously published in other journals. Articles can be submitted in English or Indonesian.

The journal follows an open-access policy under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0) license, ensuring free and unrestricted access to its contents and promoting the broad dissemination of knowledge to national and international academic communities.

JEAE is published three times a year (February, June, and August). Through its dedication to excellence in assessment research, ethical publication standards, and global accessibility, JEAE seeks to become a leading source of scholarly insight and innovation in educational assessment and evaluation.
