Focus and Scope

FOCUS

The Journal of Management and Business (JMB) focuses on the critical and constructive dialogue between theoretical management frameworks and practical business applications. The journal aims to advance understanding of how management theories inform, challenge, and enrich business practices, and conversely, how real-world business challenges contribute to the evolution of management thought and strategic decision-making.

JMB emphasizes both conceptual and empirical studies that bridge academic research and business practice. It investigates the theoretical foundations of management principles, explores practical implications within business systems, and examines their combined relevance to organizational performance and sustainable development. The journal welcomes diverse methodological approaches, fostering a rigorous academic space for both quantitative and qualitative research, and encourages engagement with both Western management models and Asian business perspectives.
